Vegetable Korma Recipe

Ingredients for Vegetable Korma:
- Beans: 1 cup
- Carrot: Half cup
- Potato: 1
- Peas: Half cup
- Coconut: Half cup (ground)
- Ginger: Small Piece
- Garlic: 3 flakes
- Onion: 1
- Coriander leaves: 4
- Chilli powder: 1/2 tbs
- Lime: 1/2
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tbs
Method of preparation for Vegetable Korma:
Add sliced onion in a pan with oil. Further add ginger, salt, coriander powder, chilli powder and coriander leaves. Fry it properly. Add vegetables to it and fry for 2 minutes. Put it in the pressure cooker and cook it till it is done. Once the vegetables are done add coconut and little water and cook it at simmer for 5 minutes. Before serving, squeeze lime to it. Serve it with roti, naan or rice.
