Ingredients for Rhubarb chutney recipes:
- Puffed Rice: 2 cups
- Chickpeas: 1 cup (cooked)
- Potato: 2 – medium size (cubed and cooked – peeled)
- Tomato sauce: 1 tbs
- Potato chips: 2 oz. (crushed)
- Peanuts: 2 oz. (salted)
- Onion: 1 small
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation for Rhubarb chutney recipes:
Take a saucepan and pour butter to it. Add apple and onion to it and fry it in medium heat till onion becomes tender. Now add raisins, rhubarb, cranberries, and orange juice. Cover the saucepan and cook it for 5 minutes at simmer. Stir it occasionally.
Now add all the left ingredients. Stir it till the sugar is dissolved completely. Cook it at low heat for 10 minutes. The preparation could be stored in refrigerator for a week
