Method of preparation for Muthia:
All the ingredients for Kababs should be mixed to make dough. Water should only be used if required. Mix the dough into kababs with each with the size of table tennis balls. Take a container and grease it with oil. Add kabab pieces to it. Remember to place a distance between each one. Steam it in idli maker or kadai. Check if it is done with a knife or spoon. If the dough sticks then add 5 more minutes to steam. Set aside the done kabab.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and Asafetida to it. When mustard seeds starts breaking add curry leaves. Pour this to muthia. Serve hot.

Time for preparation: 30 minutes
Serves: 4
