Malai Kofta Recipe

Ingredients for Malai Kofta:
Kofta:
- Paneer(Cottage Cheese): 350 gms
- Maida: 3 Tbs
- Baking Powder: 1 Tbs
- Green Chilli: 4 pieces Chopped
- Green Coriander: Finely Chopped
Tomato Curry:
- Tomato: 4 finely chopped
- Onion: 4 Finely Chopped
- Ginger Garlic: Paste
- Oil: 2 Tbs
- Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Pepper, Turmeric Powder, Jeera, Dry Coriander To taste
Method of preparation for Malai Kofta:
First mix all the ingredients for kofta. Make kofta balls with the mixture prepared. Now fry the kofta balls and keep them. Pour oil in a pan. Put ginger garlic paste, onions, and tomatoes and saute them in oil. Now put Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Pepper, Turmeric Powder, Jeera, and Dry Coriander. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes with 2 glass of water. While you serve it put the kofta and pour the gravy over it. Cashew nut could be added to the gravy to give a rich taste.
