Bhel Puri Recipe

Ingredients for Bhel Puri:
- Puffed Rice: 2 cups
- Chickpeas: 1 cup (cooked)
- Potato: 2 - medium size (cubed and cooked - peeled)
- Tomato sauce: 1 tbs
- Potato chips: 2 oz. (crushed)
- Peanuts: 2 oz. (salted)
- Onion: 1 small
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation for Bhel Puri:
Mix the puffed rice with peanuts, onion, potatoes, chickpeas with light hand. Add tomato sauce to the mixture and sprinkle salt and bhujia/potato chips. Consume the mixture immediately after preparation, as the puffed rice will turn soggy.
