Baked Potato Recipe

Ingredients for Baked Potato:
- 4 large Baking Potatoes
- 4 long Green Chillies
- Paste 4 Garlic Cloves
- Chopped 24 raw Cashew Nuts
- 2 tbsp dried Onion Flakes
- 1 tbsp CURRY CLUB Vindaloo Paste
- 1 tbsp minced Red Chilli
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala ½ tsp Salt
Method of preparation for Baked Potato:
Mix the paste ingredients in the food processor, using minimal water to make a thick paste. Pre heat the oven to 375F / 109C / Gas 5. Wash and dry the potatoes and drill a hole in them lengthways, using an apple corer. Insert a whole chilli in each. Coat the potatoes with the paste, and then wrap them quite lightly in kitchen foil. Bake for 1 hour. Check whether they are cooked by piercing with a small knife or skewer (don’t unwrap the foil). Continue baking if needed serve when ready.
