Ingredients for Curd Rice:
- Rice: 1 cup
- Curd: 1 cup
- Ghee: 1 Tbs
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- Green Chillies: 14 Chopped
- Salt
Method of preparation for Curd Rice:
First, boil rice. Pour Ghee in a pan and put mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilli and saute it for 5 minutes. Beat the curd and mix it in the pan. Stir it continuously until it comes to boil. Precaution should be taken so that the mixture should not for granules. Mix the boiled rice to it. Mix the whole thing well.
