Paneer Pakora Recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Pakora:
- Vegetables cut into large pieces: 2 cups
- Besan(Bengal gram flour): 1 cup
- Water: 1/4 cup
- Red chilli powder: 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Hing (asafetida): A pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil: Deep frying
Method of preparation for Paneer Pakora:
Make a bulky batter with the water, flour, red chilli powder, cumin, hing and salt. Coat each one of vegetable pieces with this batter and deep fry. Serve with tomato ketchup
