Ingredients for Palak Paneer:
- 200 gms paneer
- 2 bunch spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 2 tomatos
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1.2 tbs chilli powder (red)
- 1/2 tbs garam masala
- 2 tbs oil ( more oil will be needed while frying.)
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation for Palak Paneer:
First, boil spinach leaves in water for 7-8 minutes. Coarsely grind the spinach. Deep fry paneer pieces till it turns golden brown. Make puree with the tomatoes and chop onion finely. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add onion to it with ginger garlic paste and chilli powder. Add tomato puree and cook it further. Finely add garam masala and spinach. Mix it well. Add milk to it and cook till it is thick consistency. Add salt and paneer befor serving.
