Doodh Peda Recipe

Ingredients for Doodh Peda:
- Khoya: half kg
- Suger: 250 gms
- Milk: 250 gms
- Rose essence: 2 drops
- Almonds: 2 tbsp
- Pistachios: 2 tbsp
- Elaichi powder: 1 tsp
Method of preparation for Doodh Peda:
First mix the khoya and sugar well and then heat it on fire. Let the fire be with medium flame. Mix 2 tbs of milk and stir it continuously. Don’t let lumbs to form. Add more milk and continue stirring. Add milk in small quantities and finish all the milk in the process. Add rose essence, take it off of the fire, and mix everything properly.
In a thali mix nuts and elaichi well. Decorate it with nuts. You could use your innovation to make some good surface designs.
