Mango Chicken Fry

Ingredients for Mango Chicken Fry:

Method of preparation:
First cut the chicken in small cubes of 1 inch each. Take a pan and pour oil to it. Put the chicken pieces and fry it till it turns brown. On the other side take a bowl, add brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger and mix it well. Now add almonds and bell pepper in pan and fry till it is tender. Put soy sauce mixture to pan and fry it further till it is thoroughly heated. Reduce the heat and add mango, pepper and salt. Heat it for further 1 minute. Serve it hot.
