Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe:
- Chicken: 1 lb. (boneless)
- Chilli: 2 tsp (powder)
- Tandoori: 1/2 tsp (masala powder)
- Coriander seeds: 1 tsp
- Garlic: 4 flakes (crushed)
- Ginger: 1 large piece (crushed)
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp (powder)
- Mint: 1/2 tsp (powder from leaves)
- Coriander leaves: 1/2 tsp (chopped)
- Skewers: 2-3 (long)
- Oil
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation for Chicken Tikka Masala:
Mix all the ingredients above properly other then oil and chicken. Now pour the marinade on chicken pieces and coat it thoroughly. Refrigerate it for atleast 5 hours. Let the chicken come to room temperature after removing it from refrigerator. Brush the chicken with oil and put it in skewers. Bake it in the oven at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes till it turns to golden brown. Serve it with lime and chopped coriander leaves.
