Ingredients for Chicken Curry Recipe:
- Chicken pieces: 2 lbs
- Turmeric: 1 tsp (powder)
- Coriander: 1 tsp (powder)
- Tomato: 1 (paste)
- Chilli: 1 tsp (powder)
- Cumin: 1 tsp (powder)
- Onions: 2 (chopped)
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Ginger: 2 tsp (paste)
- Garlic: 2 tsp (paste)
- Salt: To taste
Method of preparation for Butter Chicken:
Pour oil in a saucepan and heat it. Put onion, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, cumin and coriander powder. Heat it at simmer for 5 minute. Put Tomato paste, turmeric, chicken, salt, and chilli powder in saucepan. Add ½ cup of water to it and heat it at low medium heat for 30 minutes. Remember to cover the lid of saucepan and stir it occasionally.
